Vietnam put in Group A for AFF Futsal Championship

Nhan Dan Online/VFF – The Vietnam national men’s futsal team will join Myanmar, Malaysia, Cambodia and the Philippines in Group A at the 2012 AFF Futsal Championship to be held in Bangkok, Thailand from April 17 to 22.
Group B comprises hosts Thailand, Indonesia, Timor Leste and Brunei. The nine teams from Southeast Asia will compete in a round robin tournament to decide the top two teams in each group that will play in the knock-out round. The grouping of teams was decided at a drawing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on January 29.
