25 Vietnamese enterprises launch high-quality goods to rural areas

Nhan Dan - The trade fair launching Vietnamese goods to rural areas was opened in Luc Ngan, Bac Giang province on July 2.

The fair, with the aim of stimulating consumption and demand and launching Vietnamese goods to rural areas, was co-organised by the Business Studies and Assistance Center (BSA), the Vietnamese high-quality goods businesses club and Bac Giang’s Department of Industry and Trade.

25 enterprises with the title of Vietnamese high-quality goods participate in displaying goods at the trade fair, of which, 50% enterprises come from Ho Chi Minh City. This is part of the two-way interactive programme: on the one hand, supporting and boosting lychee consumption in urban areas; on the other hand, taking factory-made goods to farmers in Luc Ngan, Bac Giang.

Directing businesses toward rural markets, where 70% of the Vietnamese population are living in, is a matter of great importance besides holding urban markets and exported markets.

The programme ‘Launching Vietnamese goods to rural areas’ was formerly held in Vinh Binh (An Giang); Ninh Hoa, Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa) and Tieu Can (Tra Vinh).
