Nhan Dan – The container ship Vinashin liner 2 anchored at the deep-water Tien Sa Da Nang Port on October 5.

This is the domestic container transportation route by sea inaugurated by the Da Nang Port in order to serve the transportation of consumer goods, foodstuffs and construction materials for the domestic factories manufacturing industrial products, linking the Ho Chi Minh City – Da Nang - Hai Phong ports and vice versa.

The sea route has an advantage of high safety, low freight and cost of open storage, making a contribution to reducing the transportation of goods on road, which is currently overloaded.
