Nhan Dan – Can Tho province has kicked off the construction of Phong Dien District Trade Centre.

A partnership including the 279 Trade Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and the Hiep Thuan Service – Trade Construction Company Limited - the investor of the project, has committed to carrying out the project just as scheduled in six years.

Addressing the ground-breaking ceremony, Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Can Tho city affirmed that the Phong Dien Trade Centre is the biggest ever work in Phong Dien district of important political, economic and social significance. The investment and construction of the trade centre aims to reduce agricultural proportion and raise service and trade proportion and build Phong Dien into a new administrative urban area.
