Construction of one more high-rise plaza kicked off in Hanoi

Nhan Dan Online - Construction of Dolphin Plaza, a complex of high-class apartments and office building was officially kicked off on November 18 in Hanoi.

Total investment for the project, VND 600 billion, is contributed by TID Joint Stock Company (51%) and Petrovietnam Financial Joint Stock Corporation (49%).

The complex consists of two 25-storey apartment towers and another 25-storey office tower. Total floor area is 55,000 square metres.

The project is designed by Singarpore's DP Architects Pte Ltd. Construction is scheduled for 36 months and is due for completion in late 2011.
