Nhan Dan Online- An
Argentina concert with the performance of violinist Pablo
Savaví and pianist Inés Sabatini will take place at the
Hanoi Opera House on November 1.
During the
programme, Pablo Savaví and Inés Sabatini will play works by
world famous composers like Antonio Vivaldi, W.A.Mozart,
Edvard Grieg, Pablo Sarasate and Argentinean composers such
as Luis Gianneo, Carlos Guastavino and Astor Piazzolla.
Particularly, the
two artists will perform a work for the violin and piano
named “The South – My Homeland” by Vietnamese composer Huy
Du as a gift for Vietnamese audiences.
Pablo
Saraví works for the Buenos Aires Symphony Orchestra, Colón
Theatre and also Camerata Bariloche Orchestra of Argentina.
Saraví was awarded the Konex Prize for being “one of
the most influential exponents of classical music of the
decade in Argentina”. With the
orchestra, he has toured many countries in Europe and Asia.
As a chamber musician, he has played with such notable
performers as Bruno L. Gelber, Cho-Liang Lin, Nikita
Magaloff, Alberto Lysy and Martha Argerich, among others.
Inés Sabatini
is a pianist in Colon Theatre. She received many prizes,
including the first prize in the National Contest
“Centennial Prize of La Plata National University”.
The event, which is
jointly organised by the Vietnam Performing Arts Centre and
the Argentina Embassy in Hanoi, is to mark the 35th
anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two
countries.
