Nhan Dan – Two million infants have been provided with free health cards, thus bringing to over 10 million a total children under 6 years of age, who have so far received the cards.

According to reports, free health examination and treatment for children under 6 years of age have been quite well conducted.

However, stipulation for the basic level of medicines at the grassroot is yet to meet the requirements, whereas the facilities as well as staff of specialists in local hospitals are far still left much to be desired.
