Nhan Dan - The Army Party Committee and the Ministry of Defence are carrying out the programme, namely the whole army supports a campaign of building 1,500 houses of gratitude and comrade houses in order to donate them to the social welfare beneficiaries.

The campaign has received a response from the whole army. To date, the Ministry of Defence has raised over VND 11 billion from 11 businesses.
