The Ministry of Education and
Training launched “The world biggest lesson” in 64 cities and
provinces nationwide on April 23 in response to the Global
Action Week for Education (April 21-27).
At the lesson themed “Quality
Education for All,” the pupils of the Thang Long junior
secondary schools raised many questions on how to ensure the
quality of education, illiteracy among adults, and the reasons
why children cannot go to school.
To launch the class, teachers,
pupils and parents have collected materials about the
education situation in their localities. Their archives for
the lesson will be used to develop policy to deal with the
existing issues.
The lesson took place in 120 other
countries in the world at the same time. (VNA) |
