Teachers who do not stand on lecture dais

In general, there is not much work in the camp, so officers and warders in the camp have looked for jobs for prisoners because they do not want prisoners to sit idle. This is a form of re-education for prisoners who once violated laws, thus helping them correct themselves and find joy from work  It is glad that in fact the behavior of prisoners in the camp have changed. In the camp, whenever a prisoner is ill, his/her inmates will inform the camp for medical care. When families of prisoners provide food and other necessities, these prisoners share with one another, although prisoners may come from different localities such as Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, etc. According to the camp's warders, the camp maintain an average work load for prisoners which help them correct themselves.

In the camp, there are no gap between prisoners and warders. In fact, there are works which both warders and prisoners jointly work.

Warder Hoang Van Nguyen, who has worked for the camp for 25 years, said that the behavior of warders had great impacts and impressions on prisoners. It was important not to shout or revile at the prisoners. Warders should learn about prisoners'  psychological conditions and whenever, they do their work excellently, they should be praised and encouraged and when they do any thing wrong, they should be warned and corrected. In the camp, the sentiment between the warders and prisoners could help narrow their gap.

We met Hoang Van Kien, a prisoner to learn about of his information about the coming amnesty on the occasion of the National Day, September 2. He seemed to know very clear about the conditions for a prisoner see if he had any information on the coming amnesty on the occasion of the National Day, September 2. He seemed to know very well about the conditions for a prisoners to be released ahead of their sentence servicing time. According to the chief warder, the selection of prisoners for amnesty is conducted in an equal and democratic manner. It is glad that the list of pardonees suggested by the camp is the same as that selected by prisoners themselves.
