Around 300 experts from 45 countries will gather in Hanoi on March 3 to attend the 35th Session of the United Nations Standing Committee on Nutrition.

At the conference, the participants will discuss effective ways to accelerate the reduction of maternal and child malnutrition and release a Hanoi statement on the Open National Nutrition Action.

The event is to be hosted by the UN Standing Committee on Nutrition and the Health Ministry’s Institute of Nutrition. (VNA)
