On 2 May 1945, the Red Army
commanded by General Zhukov captured the capital of Nazi
Germany.
On 8 May 1845, the German
fascists surrendered unconditionally.
The ringleader of the fascists
Hitler had been killed in the Red Army’s battle against
Berlin. Mussolini, the old running dog of Hitler, was hung by
the Italian young people.
In the Western world, those
culprits who waged that war to push human race to the brink of
destruction had now breathed their last breath.
The vanguard army of fascism
had been utterly defeated. “The crusade to destroy the Soviet
Union and Bolshevism” had been smashed to smithereens. So the
day-dream of becoming the global hegemonists of the Fascist
Axis has been ended in smoke. Alas! What a “new order” of the
sinister and inhuman fascist imperialists!
Justice has won!
Barbarism has been driven back!
The progressive and civilised
world has escaped a great disaster: Hitlerism.
The main link of the chain used
by the Axis to bind mankind has just been broken. The whole
chain will surely disintegrate soon. The Japanese fascists,
the ally of the Hitler fascists, have been left completely
isolated and are like a fish on the chopping board. They will
soon be “defunct” quickly following their friends in the
Western world. Later, all the barbarous aggressive fascists
will be swept clean of the earth.
The German fascists were
defeated at the time when a conference of the international
organisation on safety was held in San Francisco. Dawn is
coming back to suffering, but brave mankind, which is to
bypass a terrible night bathed in blood and tears and gunfire.
A democratic world is being set up on innumerable deaths and
ruins. Mankind which is to reconcile itself begins its song of
fraternity.
Whose achievements is it?
It is the achievements of the
Soviet Union, of the Red Army, the shock army of the working
and progressive human kind, the liberation army of all
oppressed nations on the globe. History already wished that
the Red Army should occupy Berlin, the heart of the brute of
the Nazis, and should make all of its revolting body fall on
its knees and make all of its claws gripping on the skin and
flesh of human race enfeebled.

It is the achievements of the
Allies which together with the Soviet Union fought against the
German fascists....
Whose achievement is it?
It is the achievement of
workers and tillers of the countries against aggression, who
had taken up arms and gone to the battle fields, using their
bones and blood to build the barricades to stop the Axis
troops; to urge Britain and America to open the second front
and launch the strong attacks to shoulder the burden with the
Soviet Union.
Whose achievement is it?
It is the achievement of all
the oppressed nations which had bravely fought against the
aggressive fascists with the determination to sieze
independence and freedom.
Nowadays, having defeated the
Nazis means the complete victory. This is a merit of the whole
mankind in the fight against fascism, particularly the merit
of the Soviet people who had sacrificed in millions to defend
successfully socialism and world civilization.
In spite of all these
victories, we are not allowed to ride on a high horse. The
Naxis were defeated, but the Japanese fascists are still
there. The whole of fighting mankind are advancing powerfully
forward to the new stage, the last stage of the anti-fascist
war of aggression. The slogan of the anti-aggression side has
changed. All the free and peace forces have now focused on the
immediate tasks:
- It is necessary to quickly
defeat the Japanese fascists!
- It is necessary to put an
earliest end to the war!
It is certain that the Red Army
having fulfilled its great task of overthrowing the Nazis will
shift its strength to the Far East to exterminate the Japanese
fascist imperialists. Having directly liberated the European
nations, including the German people, from the Hitler curse,
the Red Army will never forget its task of liberating the
oppressed nations in the Far East, including the Japanese
people, from the curse caused by the Japanese militarists and
fascists. The Soviet Union has lacerated the neutral accord
signed with Japan, and the Red Army has occupied Pass Truong
Cao Phong to prepare for its thrust into the stronghold of the
short aggressors.
Anyway the Indochinese people
will not sit idle in a passive way to wait for the God-sent
lucks. Neither they will rely on anyone. They have to rise up
and drive away the Japanese aggressors just to join efforts
with the Allies to drown to death the Japanese brute into the
Pacific. The anti-Japanese upsurge for national salvation has
been launched. The Vietnamese guerillas have taken control of
many areas. But it is not enough. We have to make advances,
advances more. Assault!
The guerilla forces have to be
developed into many provinces; we have to launch attacks on
the rice stores, not pay rice or taxes so as to destroy the
supply line of the enemy; we have to destroy war industry and
communication of the enemy, to stage demonstrations and
strikes to land the enemy into further quandary.
Let’s get ready to launch the
general insurrection to wrest back the country.
This is the way we follow the
examples of heroic fight of the Red Army who had annihilated
the German fascists.
This is the way we co-operate
in fighting with the Allies to wipe out the Japanese
aggressors. |
