J. Shea, a veteran who served in the United States Marine Corp
in the 1968-1969 period in the war in Vietnam said that their
deaths, including his son required justice and the living
victims needed to be compensated and we all must work to end
the insanity of war. “we all must work to end the insanity of

The Vietnam War has passed for almost
30 years, yet several million Vietnamese are still suffering physically and
mentally from diseases caused by the US sprayings of dioxin laced toxic
chemicals, particularly the Agent Orange. This responsibility, as a matter of
course, should rest on the US.

York is set to hear litigation in the lawsuit brought by Vietnamese Agent Orange
victims against the US chemical companies which produced Agent Orange and
supplied to the US army during the war in Vietnam. Not only the Vietnamese
victims but also justice waits for the judicial verdict by the US court

The tragic event of 11th September 2001
will long be remembered by the families and friends of those killed by the
criminal attack on the twin towers in New York. Yet let us not forget another
crime - a war crime - that took place over a ten-year period from 1961 - 1971.
This was carried out by US Forces by their use of chemical weapons and in
particular Agent Orange. |
